The Hinen 5kWh Stackable Lithium Battery Pack is the ultimate ‘plug and play’ storage solution for modern residential and commercial solar systems. Its modular design is its greatest strength, allowing users to start with a single 5kWh unit and expand up to a massive 120kWh by simply stacking up to 24 units together. This innovative stacking mechanism eliminates the messy and complex wiring typically required for large battery banks. Safety is the cornerstone of Hinen’s engineering, featuring five layers of protection: full coverage temperature detection, a smart BMS to prevent over-voltage and over-current, physical short-circuit protection, a decompression valve, and a unique internal aerosol fire extinguisher. This makes it one of the safest lithium batteries on the market. The system also includes an automatic single battery fault isolation function, which ensures that if one unit in a stack develops a fault, the rest of the system continues to operate seamlessly. The battery thrives in extreme environments, maintaining performance in temperatures as low as -20℃ and as high as 60℃. Users can track their energy production and consumption in real-time via the Hinen APP, which also supports remote firmware upgrades. Combining high-density LiFePO4 cells with intelligent control and industry-leading safety, the Hinen stackable battery is a future-proof investment for energy independence.

What to confirm before you buy
- Battery voltage matches your inverter (for example 24V or 48V).
- Whether the battery is on your inverter's compatibility list and can communicate with it.

Mixing different brands, ages or chemistries is generally not recommended. Tell us what you have and we will advise on the safest option.
How long will a battery run my home or office?
It depends on capacity and the loads connected. Send us your essential loads and we will calculate the backup time.
Is the price VAT inclusive?
Yes. Marketplace prices are shown in Kenyan shillings and include 16% VAT where it applies. Your tax invoice shows the VAT amount.
How does delivery work?
Nairobi delivery is Ksh 1,500 and courier delivery to the rest of Kenya starts at Ksh 4,500; heavy items are quoted. Delivery is free on orders above Ksh 500,000, and you can collect your order instead.
