Residential solar
Quiet, reliable power for the way your home actually runs.
Hybrid solar and battery systems designed around your appliances, your roof and your tolerance for outages, not a one-size kit.
Why homeowners look at solar
- Rising grid tariffs and fuel-cost charges make monthly bills hard to predict.
- Outages interrupt work-from-home, security systems, borehole pumps and refrigeration.
- Diesel generators are noisy, need fuel runs and are expensive to maintain.
- Undersized or poorly installed systems fail early and void equipment warranties.
A system sized to your loads
We start from your consumption, not from a package. An engineer reviews your bills, lists the circuits you want backed up and measures the usable roof area before recommending an array size, inverter rating and battery capacity.
Most homes are best served by a hybrid system: solar supplies daytime loads and charges a lithium battery, the battery covers evenings and outages, and the grid remains available as a fallback. Fully off-grid designs are available where the grid is absent or unreliable.
What home solar systems delivers
Lower grid consumption
Daytime loads run on solar first, reducing the energy you buy from the utility.
Seamless backup
Hybrid inverters switch to battery automatically, keeping essentials running through outages.
Silent operation
No generator noise, fumes or fuel logistics.
Visibility
App-based monitoring shows generation, consumption and battery state in real time.
System components
Monocrystalline PV modules
Convert sunlight to DC power on your roof.
Hybrid inverter
Manages solar, battery and grid, and supplies your AC loads.
LiFePO4 battery
Stores energy for evenings and outages with long cycle life.
DC & AC protection
Breakers, isolators and surge protection for safety and code compliance.
Monitoring gateway
Remote visibility for you and our support team.
Where it fits
- Whole-home hybrid backup
- Essential-loads backup (lights, Wi-Fi, security, fridge)
- Borehole and pressure-pump support
- Off-grid homes and holiday properties
How we deliver it
Consultation
We capture your objective, site details and a recent electricity bill or load list.
Site survey & load analysis
An engineer inspects the roof or ground area, the electrical installation and the loads that matter most.
Engineered design & proposal
System sizing, single-line diagram, equipment schedule and a fixed, itemised quotation.
Supply & installation
Genuine equipment installed to the Energy (Solar Photovoltaic Systems) Regulations by licensed technicians.
Testing & commissioning
Insulation, polarity and protection tests, inverter configuration and handover documentation.
Monitoring & aftercare
Warranty registration, monitoring set-up and a scheduled maintenance plan.

Common questions
What size system does a typical home need?
It depends on what you want to run and for how long. We size from your bills and a load list; the Help Me Choose tool gives an indicative range before a site survey.
Can I add batteries or panels later?
Yes, if the original design allows for it. We specify inverters and battery platforms with expansion headroom when you tell us you plan to grow.
Will the system run during a blackout?
A hybrid or off-grid system with batteries supplies the backed-up circuits during an outage. Grid-tie systems without batteries shut down for safety.
Do you handle approvals?
Installations are carried out to the Energy (Solar Photovoltaic Systems) Regulations. We will advise on any utility or building approvals your property needs.
