Solar street lighting

Safer roads and compounds, lit entirely by the sun.

All-in-one and split solar street lights with motion sensing, specified to the lux levels and autonomy your site needs.

The challenge

Lighting without trenching or bills

  • Trenching cables and connecting to the grid is costly and slow.
  • Grid-fed lights fail during outages, exactly when security matters.
  • Cheap lights lose brightness quickly and fail within a season.
Our approach

Specified, not sold by wattage

We specify lights by required illumination, pole height and spacing, and by nights of autonomy, then select panel and battery capacity accordingly — rather than relying on headline wattage figures.

Benefits

What solar street lighting delivers

  • No running costs

No electricity bills and no cabling.

  • Works through outages

Each light is independent of the grid.

  • Smart dimming

    Motion sensors extend battery autonomy.

Technology

System components

  • LED luminaire

Efficient optics for road and area lighting.

  • Integrated or split PV panel

Charges the battery during the day.

  • LiFePO4 battery & controller

Stores energy and manages dusk-to-dawn operation.

  • Galvanised poles

Engineered for height and wind loading.

Applications

Where it fits

  • Estates and gated communities
  • Access roads
  • Schools and hospitals
  • Car parks and compounds
  • Public spaces
Process

How we deliver it

  1. Consultation

We capture your objective, site details and a recent electricity bill or load list.

  2. Site survey & load analysis

An engineer inspects the roof or ground area, the electrical installation and the loads that matter most.

  3. Engineered design & proposal

System sizing, single-line diagram, equipment schedule and a fixed, itemised quotation.

  4. Supply & installation

Genuine equipment installed to the Energy (Solar Photovoltaic Systems) Regulations by licensed technicians.

  5. Testing & commissioning

Insulation, polarity and protection tests, inverter configuration and handover documentation.

  6. Monitoring & aftercare

Warranty registration, monitoring set-up and a scheduled maintenance plan.

FAQs

Common questions

How many nights will a light run without sun?

We specify battery capacity for a stated number of nights of autonomy; two to three nights is common for security lighting.

Do you supply poles?

Yes. We supply and install poles and foundations to suit mounting height and site conditions.
