GeoSolar — Geo Solarworks Technology

Commercial & industrial

Industrial-grade solar for energy-intensive operations.

Large rooftop and ground-mount PV with storage and generator integration, engineered around production schedules and three-phase loads.

The challenge

What industrial sites contend with

  • High energy costs erode margins on energy-intensive processes.
  • Voltage dips and outages damage motors and interrupt production runs.
  • Generator fuel is a volatile and significant operating cost.
  • Large roofs and land sit unused as energy assets.
Our approach

Designed with your engineers

We work with your facilities team on load data, single-line diagrams and structural information to design arrays that integrate cleanly with existing switchgear, power-factor correction and standby generation.

Projects are delivered with documented protection settings, commissioning records and an operations and maintenance plan.

Benefits

What industrial solar delivers

  • Margin protection

Self-generated daytime energy reduces exposure to tariff increases.

  • Fuel displacement

Solar and storage reduce generator runtime during the day.

  • Engineering documentation

Single-line diagrams, protection studies and commissioning records.

  • Scalable

Phased designs let you add capacity as budgets and roof space allow.

Technology

System components

  • Three-phase grid-tie inverters

    Utility-grade conversion for large arrays.

  • Ground-mount & industrial roof structures

Engineered for IBR, trapezoidal and ground sites.

  • Battery energy storage

Backup, peak shaving and generator optimisation.

  • Protection & switchgear

    Coordinated DC/AC protection and isolation.

Applications

Where it fits

  • Manufacturing plants
  • Warehouses and cold stores
  • Agro-processing
  • Flower farms and packhouses
  • Water treatment
Process

How we deliver it

  1. Consultation

We capture your objective, site details and a recent electricity bill or load list.

  2. Site survey & load analysis

An engineer inspects the roof or ground area, the electrical installation and the loads that matter most.

  3. Engineered design & proposal

System sizing, single-line diagram, equipment schedule and a fixed, itemised quotation.

  4. Supply & installation

Genuine equipment installed to the Energy (Solar Photovoltaic Systems) Regulations by licensed technicians.

  5. Testing & commissioning

Insulation, polarity and protection tests, inverter configuration and handover documentation.

  6. Monitoring & aftercare

Warranty registration, monitoring set-up and a scheduled maintenance plan.

FAQs

Common questions

Do you need our load data?

Interval or maximum-demand data gives the best design. Where it isn't available we can install temporary logging during the survey.

Can the system be built in phases?

Yes. We design the electrical infrastructure for the final capacity so later phases connect without rework.
