What to confirm before you buy
- Phase: single-phase supply or three-phase supply at your distribution board.
- Battery voltage and chemistry the inverter supports (for example 48V lithium) and whether the battery brand communicates with it.
- Peak and continuous load you need it to carry, including motor starting loads such as pumps.
- PV array size and string voltage against the inverter's MPPT range.
- Whether you will export to the grid, and your utility's requirements for that.

Will this inverter work with the batteries I already have?
It depends on battery voltage, chemistry and the communication protocol. Send us your battery make and model and an engineer will confirm compatibility before you order.
Can I add more solar panels or batteries later?
Usually, within the inverter's PV input and battery limits. Tell us your current system and planned additions and we will check the headroom.
Is the price VAT inclusive?
Yes. Marketplace prices are shown in Kenyan shillings and include 16% VAT where it applies. Your tax invoice shows the VAT amount.
How does delivery work?
Nairobi delivery is Ksh 1,500 and courier delivery to the rest of Kenya starts at Ksh 4,500; heavy items are quoted. Delivery is free on orders above Ksh 500,000, and you can collect your order instead.
